Our preschool was thrilled to host a Kindergarten Expectation meeting today for our parents. This event was led by Kelli Bae (from Lake Bluff Elementary) and Jeff McHugh (director of teaching and learning for District 67) who provided our parents with an overview of kindergarten readiness and what parents can do to help prepare for and expect through the transition from preschool to kindergarten. Former preschool parents with children now in the elementary setting joined the discussion to provide their perspective as well. We are so thankful for our supportive and resourceful community!
